Burnthut Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings
To confirm any booking, a 25% deposit is required. The balance is required at least 30 days prior to stay.

Conditions and Cancellations
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of visit, no refund will be provided. If more than 30 days notice is provided, your deposit will be forfeited. A 75% refund will be paid if balance is paid in full. In all cases we will make our best effort to re-book the property, if successful, in good faith we will refund the full amount of your booking up to the value we re-sold that time for.

In the event of us being unable to honour your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as damage to the property, you will receive a full refund and assistance to secure alternative accommodation.

Check in and Check out
Check in is from 4.00pm onwards and check out is 10.00am

Keys
We will arrange for you to be greeted on arrival. You will be shown the house and given the door code.

Telephone
The phone is connected for complimentary local calls. All mobile service providers have excellent reception at the house.

Housekeeping and Rubbish
There is a weekly service. Extra services are available for an additional fee by prior arrangement. We kindly ask that you leave the house in good order; rubbish can be taken to the ‘rubbish hut’ at the end of Cobbler Lane on the left side of the street.

Smoking, Pets and Shoes
Skiing can be a wet and messy business. Please leave your boots and shoes in the boot room and only smoke outside. No pets are permitted in the Mt.Buller village or the house.

Parking
In winter you will be met at the carparks by an attendant who will show you where to park. The 4WD oversnow vehicles then meet you and bring you to the door.

Parties and Behaviour
The house is for the pleasure of you and your agreed amount of guests. If you overcrowd the house of if your behaviour, or that of your guests, causes distress, damage or annoyance, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property immediately. This will be treated as a cancellation inside 30 days with no refund.

Bond
We don’t charge a bond. For new guests we require a photocopy of identification that clearly shows your address.

Payment of your deposit confirms your booking and acceptance of these conditions.
